In payment of the appropriate fees by you, the client, Homeport (UK) Limited will provide the appropriate service as agreed, at the appropriate fees agreed between Homeport (UK) Limited and the client. All fees either must be paid in full, by credit card or by prior arrangement, must be paid in full within thirty days of the date of any invoice submitted to you in relation to any work or services carried out by Homeport (UK) Limited. The fees quoted by Homeport (UK) Limited are exclusive of VAT. If VAT is applicable, you must pay in addition to the quoted fee at the rate prescribed by law.
If any fee payable is not paid before the due date, Homeport (UK) Limited will be entitled forthwith to withhold, or where provision of the service has commenced, suspend the provision of the services to you, the client. Homeport (UK) Limited at its own discretion can /or will charge interest both before and after judgment at a rate of four percent over the base rate at the time of Barclays Bank plc. On the overdue sum, and/or charge you an administrative fee in respect of the time spent and costs incurred in taking steps to recover the due sum.
In so far as is applicable, you undertake and warrant to Homeport (UK) Limited, that you will use the services provided only for a lawful purpose. That in particular you warrant and undertake that you will not use the services in any manner, which infringes any law, or regulation that infringes the rights of any third party, nor will you authorize or permit any other person to do so.

Homeport (UK) Limited or the client may terminate this contract at any time, providing that either party has completed all outstanding fees, services, and work. Termination and/or expiry of this contract are without prejudice to any rights and/or liabilities accrued as at the date of expiration or termination.
Homeport (UK) Limited or the client, in accordance to the terms of this agreement may notify notice either by e mail, fax or recorded delivery to the address of the other party. if the notice is sent by e mail, a notice shall, unless the contrary is proved, be deemed to be received on the day it was sent, or, if sent by fax, it shall be deemed to have been sent on receipt of an error free transmission report.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Homeport (UK) Limited shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Homeport (UK) Limited shall in no way be liable for any loss of profits, anticipated savings, and goodwill or business opportunity, for the loss, corruption, or destruction of data. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as to confer any benefit or impose any obligation upon any person who is not a party to the agreement under the Contracts (Right of Third Party) Act 1999 or otherwise.
