Rates for a full transcription are listed below. These are based on each recorded minute of audio.

| 24 hours | £1.50 per minute of audio |
| Overnight | £3.00 per minute of audio |
Transcription Category 2 |
|
| An interview of three people or more, where there might be a stronger dialect, quiet voices or poor recordings | |
| 48 hours | £1.50 per minute of audio |
| 24 hours | £1.75 per minute of audio |
| Overnight | £3.50 per minute of audio |
Transcription Category 3 |
|
| Four or more speakers, for example conference calls, seminars where there are multiple participants. Highly technical terminology or very strong dialect | |

| 24 hours | £2.75 per minute of audio |
