  • Key Issues Transcription

10-12 pages per hour of audio
  • A key issues transcript will include all the key elements, removing any repetition and rephrase speech to create clear and concise content. Please ask for a quote for this service.

4-6 pages per hour of audio

  • Additional Layout

  • We use time tags every 3 minutes for easy cross reference of the digital and written document
  • Correction of any obvious grammatical errors
  • For interview documents we label interviewer as interviewee 1, interviewee 2
  • We label the speakers numerically speaker 1, speaker 2, speaker 3 unless you request otherwise. If you require names inserted, a list of names correctly spelt is required
  • Use of asterisks to break up harsh four letter swear words
  • homeport transcribers take great care to provide an accurate transcription and proofreading to ensure clarity. However, accuracy does depend on the audio and speaking quality, strong dialects, and the number of people speaking at any one time. As well as the number of microphones used and where they are positioned in relation to the speakers. If your company use industry specific technical or esoteric words, then providing a list would be useful.
